What we do

Voice is the rail that reaches the patient most apps don't. Indev runs IVRS programmes for over a million TB-treatment patients across India, in 12+ Indian languages — daily adherence reminders, side-effect screening, structured response capture, and red-flag escalation to a human counsellor within hours.

The same multilingual voice + SMS rail powers antenatal care follow-up, severe acute malnutrition cohort tracking, and adolescent-friendly health outreach. We design IVRS programmes around cohort-aware schedulers (you call a patient in week 6 because week 6 matters, not because today is Tuesday) and around an authoring UI that lets counsellors update prompts without engineering tickets.
