Odisha Media Awards Project

Odisha Media Award (OMA), an attempt by a group of journalists and development activists committed to the people of Odisha, intends to facilitate media coverage of people causes by recognizing and encouraging journalists and other media persons of the state of Odisha whose work helps to highlight and to champion causes of people while passing relevant information for people empowerment.

The project objective is to Bringing to public notice the good works of journalists and media persons of the state of Odisha working in Newspapers, Magazines, Television Channels, Radio Stations, and News Websites, which are in the interests of people, the state, and society. Recognizing and highlighting the efforts of media houses to ensure space for people's issues and causes. Highlighting the works of institutions and organizations engaged in building quality manpower for Odisha Media.

OMA is dedicated to appreciate and highlight the talent and contributions of journalists, related media persons, and institutions who have made Odisha their base of activity and have contributed to the growth and integrity of Media in Odisha.
