Development of Cloud based Monitoring & Evaluation System (M&E)

Scope of work

Design, develop and install a Web/Cloud based Monitoring and Evaluation system which covers the MKCF project cycle. Understanding the specific rwquiemnt and existing manual proces of project selection, planning, monitoring and evaluation system, develop project selection, preparation, planning and monitoring template, data formats as well as templates for Logical Framework/RBM Matrix and other opertaional documets of E&M system, Specify required hardware, networking architecture and other inftrastructure to support Web/Cloud based system, ransfer of ownership of system, Develop a fully functional computerized M&E system for the whole MKFC project cycle, The system will have provision for Web/Cloud based on-line data entry as well as off-line data entry, The M&E should possess features that equipped the key principles such as applicable and relevance, interactive & adaptive, timely response, confidential and data management.
