Project overview

JubiCare serves as a robust healthcare management solution that empowers healthcare teams to deliver quality medical services efficiently. The platform digitizes the complete healthcare workflow, from patient registration and counseling to medical consultation and medicine dispensing. JubiCare supports multiple healthcare stakeholders, including Counsellors, Doctors, and Pharmacists, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of care. The application leverages Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to maintain electronic health records, facilitate real-time medical consultations, manage prescriptions, and monitor treatment outcomes. By reducing manual paperwork and streamlining healthcare operations, JubiCare enhances the quality and accessibility of healthcare services while improving operational efficiency.

Scope of work

The scope of work included designing, developing, and deploying a comprehensive healthcare management platform for the Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) operated by the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, and continued maintenance and enhancement. The platform digitises the entire field-care journey — covering patient registration and electronic health records, counselling, doctor consultation with digital prescriptions, and pharmacy and inventory management — while equipping MMUs to record daily visits and monitor outreach across rural and underserved communities. To support programme management, Indev built reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards, provided role-based access for counsellors, doctors, pharmacists, and administrators, ensured secure health-data storage, and ensured compliance with privacy and security standards. Through ongoing maintenance, technical support, feature enhancements, and user training, Indev ensures the platform continues to strengthen the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of healthcare delivery on the ground.
