Stop Diarrhoea

As per WHO Diarrhea is defined as the passage of three or more loose or liquid stools per day (or more frequent passage than normal for the individual). According to UNICEF recent report, diarrhea disease accounts for nearly 1.3 million deaths a year among children under five years of age, making them the second most cause of child deaths worldwide.

Stop diarrhea initiative is a signature program of Save the Children, in partnership with Reckitt Benckiser. The program was envisaged to contribute to RB and Save the Children's global ambition of removing diarrhea as a top-five leading cause of death amongst children by 2020. The program is planned according to the WHO/UNICEF's 7-point plan.

RKSK- Rashtriya kishor Swasthya Karyakram

Adolescence is a period of physical and psychological growth of one's body. It is very important to take care of their health during this period. But due to lack of education, girls do not get proper attention and health care during this period and the problem persists in a huge part of our country especially in villages and underprivileged areas.

Improvement in Adolescent health is necessary for the economic and social growth of a country. That is why investing in adolescent health is important. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India had launched a new initiative for adolescent health program named Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram. The program targets strengthening the health system by proper effective communication, capacity building, monitoring, and evaluation.

Midwifery

Maternal mortality is a very serious case and problem area in India. Lack of proper care, lack of trained service providers, over-medication while pregnant are some of the reasons that lead to maternal mortality. Though India has made substantial progress in maternal and newborn care during the last three decades. Through strong push provided by National Health Mission through infrastructure development, capacity building, and incentive-based schemes to promote institutional deliveries, the maternal mortality ratio has been reduced from 301 per 1,00,000 live births in 1990 to 130 per 1,00,000 live births in 2015.

However, impressive growth in process indicators has not led to an expected commensurate decline in maternal and neonatal mortality. In this context, the Government of India has released guidelines on Midwifery services 2018 with a motto to establish a cadre of Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery.

Jubicare

Telemedicine due to the current Covid-19 situation, not everyone is able to visit the doctor/hospital when in need. So, in order to tackle this problem, we at Indev, have developed a new product which goes by the name "Telemedicine". This system consists of two modules i.e., the IVRS module and the mobile application.

Under the IVRS module, we are providing a toll-free number, using which a patient can contact a group of counselors for their initial registration process. Those counselors will ask a pre-defined set of questions to the patient for basic assessment and note down their symptoms.

Britannia Nutrition Monitoring System

Malnutrition in children is a threat worldwide across the developing nations. Proper care and appropriate intake of nutrition from birth to the age of five years, shows growth and proper development in the child's health. According to WHO, malnutrition includes undernutrition, inadequate vitamins, and minerals intake. And to the recent report by WHO, 2.5 million children die every single year due to malnutrition. JSW Foundation approached Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (Indev) as a potential technical & implementing partner to work on the Suddrirha Bharat Program which was being implemented in Jawhar taluka of the newly created Palghar district. Also, this application monitors the health of pregnant women and lactating women.The solution is developed with open source platform so it is affordable and adaptable in any conditions.

Khel

IIT Bombay and IDEA CSR approached the Government of Chhattisgarh with the proposal of offering support to the Government of Chhattisgarh in Government's initiatives to promote nutrition levels in the state especially.
The project objective is to stimulate behavior change towards improved nutrition.
The stakeholders are pregnant and lactating women, children under 5 years, and adolescent girls
The implementing partners of IIT Bombay are Indev Consultancy Private Limited (Indev) and IPE-Centre of Knowledge and Development (CKD). ICPL created an application through which regular monitoring of pregnant and lactating women, children under 5 years, and adolescent girls will be undertaken.

Dental Hygiene

Dental Hygiene, one of the most important role players in human health as well as the most neglected one too. No one ever cares about their dental condition, cleanliness of teeth, mouth washing, and all. Especially in India, a Dental check-up is the last thing one will go for. Whereas in countries like Europe, America it is necessary to have a regular health check-up which includes dental check-ups as well. In case of any serious health hazard, doctors suggest a proper dental cleaning and check-up of the patient.

To implement the same in India and to develop awareness among us, some dental clinics have come up with the idea of "Dental Hygiene". A group of doctors and clinics will be associated with this project with a motto to provide dental cleanliness to a patient prior to starting a further check-up.
