Purpose
The HR Associate plays a key role in supporting Indev’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and record-keeping. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position ensures that HR operations run smoothly while enhancing the overall employee experience.
The HR Associate will receive guidance, training, and support from senior HR personnel, including regular meetings and mentoring sessions to align with organizational goals and HR best practices.

- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

HR Operations |
- Manage and update employee records in local and global HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and responding to inquiries related to insurance, leave, and payroll.
- Monitor and maintain records for employee attendance, leave balances, and other HR-related data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company HR policies through routine checks and audits.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports on key metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, and engagement levels, to support strategic decisions.

Employee Engagement |
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other engagement events.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with management to address and resolve grievances, ensuring timely and effective outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.

Training & Development |
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions, handling all logistical arrangements to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain detailed records of employee training and certifications for tracking development progress.
- Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps, development needs, and recommend relevant training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Other Responsibilities |
- Take on additional assignments as directed by the HR Manager or senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Provide support for cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
