Development, implementation and maintenance of an Interactive voice Response System IVRS to support FLHW through roviding remote interactive councelling, need specific awarenss message and regular automated job reminder, Develop the custom toll free IVR system and Dashboard for MAMTA, Provide reminder communication through IVR, SMS and encrypted third paty messaging software e.g. Whatsapp, Support export and import of recod, Online web based access, Manu driven graphical user interface, user id/password based access to website/portal, sendinf SMS/Voice call to may numbers, Scheduling Whatspp/SMS/Voice call, web based report for download, support multi lingual communication.
